I have been doing a candida cleanse for at least a couple months. My situation is extreme, because I have had both toenail and fingernail fungus for many years. I did cleanses before but only did one box that I would get from the health food store figuring it would take care of it. When it didn't go away, I would be discouraged because the cost of buying the cleanses isn't chap. I finally got fed up and decided to just go for the gusto. I pick up the next box before the one I am on runs out, which consists of capsules, which I take two in the morning and a tincture that I take at night. I have experienced yeast on the skin on my chest. I used an antifungal cream for two or three days and that took care of it. I am wanting to know if it is possible to also have a persistent cough as a die off symptom if you have candida in the lungs, because I have had this cough that has lasted for well over a month. I have had to live on cough medicine and cough drops, which is probably nt helping the yeast situation. I sometimes cough up small amount of phlegm or something very tiny that I'm not sure if it is phlegm or something else. I don't want to take an antibiotic or that will undo everything I have been aiming for, but I need to know if this could be a die off symptom as well since I have had it for so many years.

I’m self diagnosed with intolerance! My symptoms were IBS, anxiety and jitters after exercise, rashes, extreme fatigue. I had Hashimoto’s that advanced to thyroid cancer, as well as hyperparathyroidism. I also couldn’t lose weight. I was getting worse and was being labeled with “anxiety.” I stopped gluten 6 weeks ago. Rashes are gone. I had some withdrawal symptoms. I’m losing weight. I have some intermittent intestinal issues and have just started a probiotic.

Sir, I am 25, had little pain in lower left abdomen, sometimes it is right side. I searched online regarding changes in bowel habits and these gave me severe health anxiety. I saw a doctor online and gave him my CBC reports. All normal and I am healthy, I have no weight loss. I was afraid of Colorectal cancer or bowel obstruction. The doctor heard my symptoms and gave me probiotics and reflaximin. I tried to push for colonoscopy but he did not recommend it. I am suffering for a week and as you mentioned starts with a normal bowel and then semi-solid. However, can I really trust my doc? Is it just health anxiety? (All started when I had blood in stool and that resolved within 2 days, doctor said anal fissure) everything in CBC is normal and so is my weight, from then I monitor every symptoms and changes in stool shape gives me anxiety. Can I really trust my doc that it is IBS? If you spare a moment to reply, I'd be grateful.

I live in southeastern us. I've been to many gastroenterologists and all they want to do is give me miralax. I have had constipation issues since I was a child. My mother suffered with constipation. I would like to come to wherever you are or have a zoom call from you. I am desperate. I had to start taking Miralax again, but only took 1/2 dosage and ended up when it hit I was in bed due to pain in my colon and before I could get out of bed it was a mess. I then made it to the bathroom several times. I thought everything was over. I put on an adult diaper and a pad on my bed and it hit the next day toward morning and first there was only one sticky smalll round hard poo. I went back to bed and I could feel the left side of my stomach/colon fluttering. I waited a few seconds, made it to the toilet and another explosion of poop that looked like much and then water diarrhea. I am sick of gastroenterologists and their no desire to help you, but give you miralax. I will call your number, but I am wiling to fly anywhere and meet a specialist in person. I do not want to end up where I end up with continued pain and misery or end up w/colon cancer.

I had my first colonoscopy 10 yrs ago without any anesthesia, a little cramping. No problem i got to watch the whole procedure fascinating. I due for my second july 16. i was told i have to be drugged with propolol, and she added that's the drug that killed Michael Jackson... Damn i didn't need to hear that

As someone who has experienced colonoscopy both with sedation and without i would never, ever, ever do it again without sedation! This is really bad advice in my personal experience. "Of course it's your own trip..."

On the year 2023 in November i started getting symtoms like stomach burning and some discomfort ..day after day the symptoms were getting worst there was a kind of sensation that i have to poo but nothing came out only mucus ... But i didn't had any symtoms of constipation or lose motion only there was a sensation mostly at night that i have to poo but nothing used to happen also i was finding difficult to pass the gas.i have went to the doctor and also taken ibs medicine but nothing is working for me also done CT scan and stool taste blood, test everything was normal.... Then slowly all the symptoms were gone again from few days i am facing the same problem now with new symtoms little pain on stomach and narrow stool it feels like my stomach is not getting empty.. Therefore i decided to go for Colonosopy... Can you please tell me what's going on with me 😭😭 i am afraid of getting cancer

great video! i'm learning to help my wife deal with her IBS, which is debilitating for her. she has a lot of pain and we had to go to the hospital recently. with the subtitles, i would suggest that instead of hardcoding them on the video in the video edit, it would be better to edit the subtitles in the youtube editor. that way they don't interfere with the video for people who don't want to read them, and they're easier to read for people who need them.
